Shutdown, disconnect all drives except new nvme drive and try to boot into windows. After successful boot into windows, you can reconnect old drives and delete efi system partition from 2TB. Disconnect the SATA to USB cable from the computer. Power on the computer and boot from the newly cloned drive.
